SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

Shipping: 

We take our time to be sure your orders are done correctly! Although we ship daily; processing, packaging, and shipping for orders typically take up to 10 days. Most times, we ship sooner. Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, holidays, etc.  Internationally shipped orders may take longer depending on the the destination. Orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

Return Policy:

 

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 15 days of the ship date received. Wet Kitty will not accept any returns after 15 days. It can be returned via mail to the address provided on your invoice. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number.

We do not accept return Lingerie.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We do not replace nor refund packages that was said to be lost or stolen for orders that indicates "Delivered" to addresses provided through a postal carrier. A tracking number is provided for all orders and we depend on it to track orders through delivery. At that point it is out of our companies hands if the package was not secured at the final delivered destination.  Please still let us know if any such issue occurs so we can work together to figure a solution with loss prevention.
